1. A bitumen pump unit based on the Russian pump NMSHG 120-10 with an 11 kW motor.

The bitumen pump unit is designed for pumping bitumen, oils, residual fuel oils, paraffine, etc. at a temperature of up to +200°С and viscosity from 75 to 3500 MPa*s. The pump has a heating jacket with a heat carrying fluid (max heating liquid temperature – up to +180°С).

Pump type - gear-wheel.

Shaft seal - sealing gland.

Body material - cast iron.

The Russian pump NMSHG 120-10 is a complete analog of the Belorussian, Ukrainian asphalt pump DS-125,185 and can be used to replace this pump. These pumps have the same coupling sizes and shaft diameters.

The next versions of the pump can be delivered:

• only pump body without electric motor, frame, reducing gear, control cabinet (for example, to replace a DS-125,185 pump);
• three versions of the reducing gear, (3,15,4,5,6) and capacity from 15 до 30 m³/h;
• with a control system (a control cabinet with a frequency shifter).

2. Bitumen pump unit based on the VICTOR PUMPS pump and FAM gear motor (Italy).

The Bitumen pump unit is designed for pumping ‘cold’ bitumen and emulsified bitumen with a viscosity of 10 000 mm²/s and a temperature from 70 С to 180 С.

We recommend installing these pumps to pump out ‘cold’ asphaltic binders from vertical steel tanks, on bitumen tank farms, oil depot terminals, bitumen development sections at asphalt concrete mixing plants.
